Last week I finished a new batch of girl sock monkeys in new sundresses! Nadia, Courtney and Celeste wear cute summer dresses made from designer cotton fabrics by Alexander Henry, Rowan and Windham Fabrics. There’s a toadstools black dress, a paisley mint dress and a street sign red dress. These fashion sock monkeys are ready to hit your town where new adventures await them! Meet Felix, the latest custom Mars Sock Monkey made for a soon-to-be-born baby boy! Felix wears a brown hoodie with blue & red striped sleeves with a cute little fox on the front. His hoodie also comes with fox ears to complement his woodland creature look, an awesome theme chosen by my client. Felix likes to roll in the grass, spring up from bushes and eat berries cereal. He is so cool!

Each postcard is tagged with the sock monkey’s name so it’s easy to find. To search just enter the name of your sock monkey in the box under “Search this store” found on the left hand side of the page. If you don’t see your sock monkey or if you’d like to order something other than a postcard like a t-shirt, button or other stationary let me know and I’ll create it specially for you.

I’ve already ordered some Mars Sock Monkey postcards and they look great! It’s like ordering from a print house, except I can get 1 or 8 postcards. ;)

I found a great sock monkey to match the newly designed mushroom sundress! Neve Mars Sock Monkey is made from a pair of white socks with thin purple, blue, silver and yellow stripes. Besides wearing a cute dress she also comes with a matching bow to adorn her head. She’s a doll! I lover her. :)

Brand Spanking New Sundress

Earlier this week I went shopping for some sweatshirt fabric, but when I didn’t find any I picked up some cotton instead. I hadn’t used cotton because it’s not a good fabric for hoodies, although when it comes to making a summer dress it’s perfect! Purl Soho also had some really cute cotton prints I just couldn’t resist.

This little sundress is hot off the sewing machine! It’s made from a dark cotton fabric with light purple, pink and blue mushrooms. The dress has a white waistband, two purple buttons on the front and a Maribel Made tag. We’ll see which lucky sock monkey gets to wear this cute Mushroom Sundress this summer. Look for this sock monkey and others wearing sundresses in the shop very soon!
